Within the USER menu (1), you can find the following sections:

Order History
Returns/Rejected Items History
My Invoices
Delivery History

Through these menus, you can view details and documents related to both open and closed orders within a one-year timeframe. For information or documents older than one year, please contact Customer Service at clienti@bridgestone.eu or cardealeritalia@bridgestone.eu (for dealers).

In each section, you can filter your search using the filters at the top (2) and download individual documents or a summary file using the download buttons at the bottom of the page.

Note: By selecting the “Select All” option (3) in any section, you can view documents and information related to all SoldTo codes (found in the CLIENT menu) associated with your account/email.
