In the list of requests, each row represents a request and through the "STATUS" field it is possible to know the status of each request. The states that can be read are:


  • DRAFT -> Request saved as draft and not sent to Bridgestone
  • SENT -> Request sent to Bridgestone
  • REASSIGNED -> Request assigned back to the Customer with request for clarification/additional information
  • TO INSPECT -> Request taken over by Bridgestone's Technical Department, to be assigned to a technician for on-site inspection. The technician will contact the customer to arrange an appointment for the inspection of the product
  • TO JUDGE -> Inspected products, the technician is formalizing the closing of the request
  • CLOSED: transmitted to the system -> Request closed, outcome transmitted to the system for possible Credit Note processing
  • CLOSED: communication sent -> Request closed, outcome sent to the Customer's email
